Low Iron Patterned Solar Glass for PV Applications

The unique embossed structure on the surface of Low Iron Solar Glass overcomes the limitations of traditional flat glass. On the one hand, it can effectively reduce light reflection, allowing light to refract and scatter multiple times inside the glass, thereby improving the uniformity of light distribution on the surface of the battery and avoiding power generation efficiency losses caused by uneven concentration or dispersion of light. On the other hand, embossed design can also increase the adhesion between glass and solar cells, ensuring that the glass and battery are tightly adhered and stable during long-term use.

Fujian Xinfuxing has a daily melting capacity of 550 tons for low-iron photovoltaic glass and has deep-procesing tempered production lines whichhave the annual capacity of 10 million SQM. We can provide domestic and foreign customers with excellent PV glass with thickness ranging from 2.5mm to 4.0mm, common 3.2/4.0mm in thickness with hexagonal pattern etc. The maximum size is 2200mm*2000mm. 1. Excellent transparency performance, making sunlight "zero waste"

①High transmittance: Using internationally advanced float glass production technology and selected high-quality raw materials, our ultra white embossed glass raw sheets have a visible light transmittance of over 91.5%.

 

②Low reflectivity: Through unique surface treatment technology, the reflectivity of the glass surface is effectively reduced, and the light reflectivity is controlled within 1%. This means that more light is directed into the interior of the glass, reducing the waste of light "turning back" on the surface of the glass, allowing every beam of sunlight to be fully utilized.

 

2. Unique embossed structure optimizes the path of light propagation

Light scattering and uniform distribution: The special embossed design on the glass surface resembles carefully carved optical microstructures. When light enters the glass, the embossed structure can scatter the light multiple times and evenly distribute it on the surface of the solar cell, avoiding local overheating and power generation efficiency loss caused by light concentration, ensuring that every part of the battery module can work efficiently.

 

3. Excellent physical performance to cope with complex outdoor environments

High strength and impact resistance: It has excellent mechanical strength and can withstand a certain degree of external impact and deformation without breaking. After rigorous drop ball impact testing, it can provide reliable physical protection for solar cells and extend the service life of components in the face of severe weather conditions such as hail and sandstorms.
