Production Process
1. Ultra-white embossed glass original production
After mixing quartz sand, soda ash, calcium carbonate and other raw materials in a certain proportion, it is made into ultra-white embossed glass original through melting, clarification, rolling molding, annealing, cutting and other processes. Among them, calendering is the key step, and the glass is hydraulically pressed into glass with special patterns on the surface through a roller with fine carved patterns.
2. Coating treatment
Using vacuum magnetron reactive sputtering process or vacuum evaporation coating method, AR film is coated on the surface of the original ultra-white embossed glass to make the glass have anti-reflection and anti-transmittance properties.
